We specialise in Urban Law, including the constitution and provision of advice and assistance for Compensation Committees and Conservation Bodies, the defence of private interests against urban developments planned or conducted by administrative bodies, and legal interpretation of current urban development regulations.
In recent years we have specialized, with great success, in obliging the local authorities to comply with European Regulations concerning tourist letting of properties and we have been the only law firm in obtaining over one hundred authorizations for holiday lets.
